Team Academy's way of learning-by-doing is just for me – this way of learning has been natural way for me during my earlier career in my own company as an entrepreneur.

Now I am developing myself towards new career in the field of professional coaching. It is my passion to guide and support young people in their lives to help them find their dreams and own path. Team Mastery provides me ideas, practices and tools that help me to turn ideas into practice.

The program gives me a great possibility to develop my own vision as a coach and the vision of Team Academy of Netherlands. The educational mission and practices of Finland's Team Academy creates a culture of responsibility for personal and collective well-being. That culture I also want to build to Netherland’s Team Academy. Team Mastery is truly a platform to help.
