Partus and Team Academy

One of our most important collaborator is Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences’ Team Academy.

Team Academy is a public sector university that focuses on educating Bachelors of Business Administration. Partus Ltd is a private sector company that produces adult education programs as continuum education. Thus they are separate organizations but they share the same coaching methods, Partus Methods. Both organizations share experiences on coaching practices and co-develop them as strategic collaborators.

Team Academy is a degree programme of company development. It is a unit that specializes in coaching team entrepreneurs who study to become Bachelors of Business Administration. The degree programme takes 3,5 to 4 years to complete. Studies are carried out by doing real-life projects to companies in one’s own team company. Project work is supported with coaching and theory studies. Currently there are roughly 200 students in Team Academy.
