All Partus Ltd's coaches operate as entrepreneurs in activities connected to Partus Ltd's activities (e.g. coaching in Partus Ltd's programs). They carry out these activities according to a contract(s) agreed between Partus Ltd and the respective team coach's company in the form of subcontracted work. Partus Ltd's managing director is an employee of Partus Ltd. Some of Partus Ltd's coaches also operate as entrepreneurs and/or employees in different organizations (e.g. private sector companies or public sector schools) in activities that are not directly connected to Partus Ltd's activities. Some Partus Ltd's team coaches are also shareholders of Partus Ltd and may be members of Partus Ltd's board. Team Academy Jyväskylä (Tiimiakatemia Jyväskylä) is part of Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences and is a separate organization from Partus Ltd. ProAcademy Tampere is part of Tampere University of Applied Sciences and is a separate organization from Partus Ltd.
